Coping during COVID: Share Your Story

The Center for Applied Research Solutions (CARS) is inviting submissions by July 7 for a Coping During COVID multimedia library. Share your creativity with a selfie video message, picture of your art, video of a project you’re working on, or another form of expression that is meaningful to you. CARS will display the stories publicly on their website and across social media in collaboration with their network of partners in mental health and the arts.

Although we all come from different walks of life, COVID-19 and this pandemic have impacted each one of us on a personal and individual level. CARS especially welcomes voices from diverse and differently impacted communities, including:

  • Students (18 years or older)
  • Young adults (18 years or older)
  • People of color
  • LGBTQ+
  • People living with mental health conditions
  • Restaurant and food supply workers
  • Community or faith leaders
  • First responders
  • Older populations
  • Parents with school-aged children
  • People living with disabilities
  • People in recovery
