SchoolHouse Connection has issued a new brief examining the implementation of California’s priority housing laws for students who have experienced foster care or homelessness. State law requires the California State University (CSU) system to offer priority on-campus housing to homeless and foster youth and requests the Community College and University of California (UC) systems to do the same.
