Following COVID-19 shelter in place directives, the Nod app was rapidly to provide tips, tools and prompts to help students maintain relationships while staying safe and adhering to public health precautions. Using all of the same positive psychology and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques, the goal is to get the world connecting despite the challenges of physical and social isolation.
