As a free, safe and confidential program funded by California’s Department of Health Care Services, we’re working hard to spread the word of Soluna as far as possible.

What is Soluna?

  • Soluna is a free and confidential mental health support app designed to meet Californians between the ages of 13-25 wherever they are in their journey. Developed in collaboration with the Department of Health Care Services and Kooth, Soluna offers a wide array of resources and tools to help students find the support that’s right for them.

Key Features:

  • Interactive Tools: Utilize the Thought Shaker, Mood Log, Starboard, and more to destress, find calm, and reset.
  • Soluna Coaches: Chat with professional coaches for personalized 1:1 guidance.
  • Unique Content: Explore quizzes, text chats, swipeable activities, and even engage in grocery shopping with Tiny Hands.
  • Digital Journal: Vent your feelings, jot down ideas, or draft big dreams in your secure digital journal.
  • Breathing Exercises and Meditations: Relax and unwind your mind with a variety of exercises, whether for an hour or just 3 minutes.
  • Community Forums: Post questions, seek advice, or analyze a favorite show together – you choose!
