Join us for the third webinar in a three-part series on cross-system collaboration between health and homeless systems of care.

About this event:

This webinar will provide an overview of the new report, Breaking Down Silos: How to Share Data to Improve the Health of People Experiencing Homelessness. Presenters will highlight the challenges and opportunities of cross-sector data sharing. California communities will offer how they have successfully instituted regular data sharing between their local health and homeless systems of care.
